Used as reference for two papers published at the NLP4RE 2019 workshop: "A Taxonomy for User Feedback Classifications" and "An Overview of User Feedback Classification Approaches". Available in the CEUR Workshop Proceedings for the REFSQ'19 Collocated Events.
