Population genetics of Paramecium mitochondrial genomes; genome assemblies and annotation files

Because of issues arising during submission to GenBank of Paramecium mitochondrial genomes due to the highly unconventional nature of the genetic code used in these genomes, we are initially making the genomes publicly available here (while we are still working on a submission to official databases).
