Supplemental Data for the emissions_downscaling R package

The IAM Emissions Downscaling system provides a set of routines for taking emissions data from Integrated Assessment Models and doing two things:

1. Downscale from native IAM regions to country level
2. Map those country level emissions to a global, spatial grid, and export those into netCDF files in CMIP6 standard format.

This data provides sample emissions inputs as well as required files for the gridding routines.
