GEOSTAT 2017 course material: Reproducible Research in Geostatistics and Geosciences with Notebooks and Containers

Slides for a half-day session taught at the GEOSTAT summer school 2017, Split, Croatia.

The first set of slides cover motivation and concepts of reproducible research, R Markdown notebooks, packaging of runtime environments, and habits for high quality, open, and transparent scholarship.
