Data for a study examining first-mover disadvantage hypothesis in a TV game show.

Definition of variables

SEASON916 = 1 if one of five anonymized seasons (for season fixed effect)

SEASON237 = 1 if one of five anonymized seasons (for season fixed effect)

SEASON339 = 1 if one of five anonymized seasons (for season fixed effect)

SEASON674 = 1 if one of five anonymized seasons (for season fixed effect)

SEASON146 = 1 if one of five anonymized seasons (for season fixed effect)

GROUP = unique three digit random number for each week/group (anonymized), each week/group containing four people that makes 3 decisions each (in order to cluster SD)

BIGCITY = 1 if Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö

FEMALE = 1 if female

AGE = the actual age

FOREIGN = 1 if foreign (non-Swedish) sounding name

HOSTORDER = order in which participants hosted their dinner in a group [1, 4]

MON = 1 if HOSTORDER = 1

TUE= 1 if HOSTORDER = 2

WED= 1 if HOSTORDER = 3

THU= 1 if HOSTORDER = 4

TOTALPOINTSRECIEVED = points received by the participants [0, 30]

WINNER = 1 if the person wins the competition

EXCLUSIVE WINNER = 1 if the person was an exclusive winner.

SHARED WINNER = 1 if the person was not an exclusive winner.

MULTIPLE WINNER = 1 1 if the person belong to a week/group where there were several winners.

ONES = 1 for all
