Description

The fermionic matter sub-programme asks where fermions, chirality, hypercharge and three generations could enter the Cosmochrony framework. Its answer is layered and each layer names its assumptions. A supplied dictionary $F_n\simeq\mathcal{H}_c$ concerns the Heisenberg carrier; the associated Weil block $V_c\simeq\mathbb{C}^q$ and supplied spinor doublet $V_\rho\simeq\mathbb{C}^2$ are distinct, with no selection map constructed. Given a real metaplectic model and the doublet, the algebra is proved without a metric: $\mathfrak{mp}(2,\mathbb{R})_\mathbb{C}\simeq\mathfrak{sl}_2(\mathbb{C})$, the symmetric square is the adjoint and the exterior square the determinant line. [H-Spin] identifies the doublet action with the spin group of a four-dimensional Lorentzian co-metric; [H-Weak] supplies a distinct rank-two weak factor with structure group $U(2)$. Neither identification is supplied by a source or excluded by a theorem. Connection-dependent admissible readings retain Q6a's two unproved continuum hypotheses: a smooth effective fibre bundle and a differentiable spatial continuum, the latter open in Q5a. Lorentz chirality and weak chiral selection are different statements. Left-admissibility is an input orientation branch given the Born–Infeld datum; weak $V{-}A$ is the representation content of [H-Weak], not derived from that branch. Hypercharge constraints need both spin and weak hypotheses; rigidity also uses a supplied colour module and matter decomposition, and the Standard Model pattern needs minimal determinant-line normalisation. A supplied rank-three rule gives a conditional gauge-singlet generation factor. Generation operators are models on a distinct doublet; their reading as restrictions of $E_\Pi^2$ requires [H-Res], the level-to-generation map is open, and the split value is matching data. The Schur remainder equals the projective endomorphism only under an unsupplied symbol identity; a non-zero split, its Schur transport and Born–Infeld genus remain hypotheses. O31 supplies no colour derivation. NSR excludes its two deposited candidates for an independent weak multiplicity by exact obstructions; this does not exclude every extension, and the weak factor remains an architectural input. Interpretive outlook (a reading, not a result). The programme locates the missing connection between internal algebra, Lorentz frames and weak multiplicity, rather than deriving the observed fermionic content.

Notes

Version 3.3 corrects one attribution to the Foundation paper: the admissibility axioms do not force irreducibility. Under a representation-theoretic dictionary, A1 and A3 give irreducibility, and with it non-commutation, only under an additional sector reading of A3, not derived, on which a generator-stable decomposition of the fibre counts as premature selection (Foundation version 2.6, Lemma 5.6). No other statement is changed; the results of the paper are unchanged.
