ISO/IEC 42001 Compliance Assessment Framework

This report presents a comprehensive, systematic framework for evaluating organisational readiness for, and compliance with, ISO/IEC 42001:2023. The framework consists of six integrated components: a readiness assessment across six domains (leadership commitment, organisational context, risk management, operational controls, competence and awareness, and performance evaluation); a structured gap analysis template; clause-by-clause compliance verification checklists with evidence requirements; a quantitative compliance scoring and maturity assessment mechanism; a phased implementation roadmap; and a monitoring dashboard for ongoing performance management. It is intended for senior executives, AI governance officers, project and risk managers, compliance officers, internal auditors and technical teams.
