Description
Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is to make decisions in the presence of multiple criteria. To make a decision in the framework of MCDM under uncertainty, a novel fuzzy - Cautious OWA with evidential reasoning (FCOWA-ER) approach is proposed in this paper.
