Стан експертної діяльності та моніторингу культурних цінностей у сучасному українському суспільстві

The article describes the means of initiation,  organization and process management expertise, monitoring of cultural  values gifted person. The author focuses on the issues of the institutional  organization and the identification of changes in the field of expert activities  taking place today in Ukraine; adequate opportunities for their analysis;  develop effective management strategies for cultural development, self-organization and self-development of cultural values gifted person.
