Description
These are the complete files for the phylogenetic analysis of all of the H5 hemagglutinin segments available from the NCBI influenza resource in June 2015. This includes the sequences downloaded from the database in fasta format. The sequences after alignment with MAFFT and the tree files generated by FastTree2.1.
