ProtLocNet Dataset: Processed Single-Cell Protein Localization Images from HPA and OpenCell

This dataset provides processed single-cell protein localization images used in ProtLocNet. It includes single-cell crops from HPA and OpenCell, with each sample represented by three channels: protein fluorescence, nucleus image, and cell segmentation mask. The dataset supports morphology-aware protein localization representation learning and downstream evaluation, including protein identity prediction, subcellular localization inference, and localization pattern-based protein retrieval.
