MetalNet: Prediction of metal binding sites in protein

We have developed a machine learning method named “MetalNet” to predict metal binding sites in proteins.

This dataset contains the result of prediction with high confidence to bind metal ions. The table includes the Uniprot id, gene name and a short description of specific predicted protein and potential metal-binding residues predicted by MetalNet.
