Authors/Creators

Description

The formation of physical activity in primary school students is a key factor in strengthening health, improving physical fitness, and developing motor and coordination abilities. It also plays an important role in fostering moral and volitional qualities in children.
This study examines the organizational and methodological foundations for increasing physical activity among primary school students within health and sports clubs. Particular attention is given to the role of structured physical education, extracurricular activities, and age-appropriate exercise programs in enhancing students’ overall physical development.
The findings highlight that insufficient physical activity among primary school students is often associated with inadequate implementation of various forms of physical education, including morning exercises, active breaks, and extracurricular sports activities. The study emphasizes the need for a systematic and integrated approach to organizing physical activity, taking into account individual characteristics and developmental needs.
The results confirm that properly organized physical activity programs significantly contribute to improving students’ physical fitness, health status, and overall functional development.
