Figure 1 Confusion matrix comparing qPCR and ddPCR results for KRAS mutation detection in 50 FFPECRC samples. ddPCR detected all qPCR-positive cases and identified six additional low-VAF mutations not detected by qPCR. This demonstrates that ddPCR achieves perfect sensitivity relative to qPCR while identifying additional mutation-positive cases, underscoring its improved ability to capture low-frequency variants.
