Description

This project served as a driving use-case for developing an SQL schema model for natural diversity data that would be adopted as a module for Chado, the unifying relational data model for the Generic Model Organism Database (GMOD).

This archive includes the code for a demonstration online application that was live at the URL http://heliconius.nescent.org.

Development essentially ceased in 2010, and its results were merged into the Chado Natural Diversity module started at the GMOD Tools for Evolutionary Biology Hackathon. The Chado Natural Diversity module was published in 2011:
