Article vs. Logiciel : questions juridiques et de politique scientifique dans la production de logiciels

This article studies the dissemination of research software, that is software produced in research laboratories or institutions. In order to provide a better understanding, we compare software and publications distribution. Two different points of view are considered : the legal point of view of French law "droit d'auteur" and licensing and the management point of view.
This study also construct a framework to study and compare research outputs such as articles, software and data.
