Аналіз теоретичних підходів до визначення поняття «педагогічний супровід»

This article analyzes the theoretical approaches to the definition of "pedagogical support". This article discusses the different types of pedagogical support, relationship with the concept of “pedagogical support” and “pedagogical maintenance” is defined, the task of pedagogical support is described. Features of pedagogical support of international students during their training in Ukrainian universities are also highlighted. Attention is drawn to the need to implement the learning process in a specially organized supportive educational environment with certain components. The importance of special pedagogical support in the process of professional self-determination of human and professional development is grounded. Attention is drawn to the components to optimize the process of training students throught hair individualized according to the characteristics of the particular student. Also defined two types of adaptation: adaptation to training activities and adapting to new social environment; the features of social adaptation and the need for pedagogical support for educational adaptation are focused. The article high lights the special type of humanitarian pedagogical support – tutor support, the social roles of the teacher-tutor, psychological capacity of it’s activities.
