In the article attention is paid to the system of solving the school conflicts, particularly between the peer at the present stage. Analyzed the results of the survey about emergence of conflicts and their solution and behavior among pupils 7-10 grade in the Chernivtsi city of and the region. Peer Mediation is technology of resolving conflicts between pupils with help of a teenage mediator who helps conflicting parties to reach an understanding with the problems that arose. Unlike traditional school system of conflict resolution at this case a major role in decisions by the problem situation plays children who are in a difficult situation. So they learn to peacefully resolve the dispute, to take responsibility for their own actions and to respect the opinion of the opponent.
