ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЦІННІСНОГО СТАВЛЕННЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ЕКОНОМІСТІВ ДО ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ У ПРОЦЕСІ ВИВЧЕННЯ ФАХОВИХ ДИСЦИПЛІН

The article defines and grounds pedagogical conditions of value attitude formation of future economists towards professional activity in the process of special subjects studies: enriching the special subjects studies content in the invariant part of the specialists' training curriculum with issues as for responsible personality development of a professional economist and introduction of the special course “Value Backgrounds of the Professional Activity of Future Economists” into the variant part of the curriculum; pedagogical support of project activity of future economists in the process of special subjects studies; creation of the professional-value environment. There were analyzed possibilities of their practical realization as the premise of qualitative changes in the organization and management of economic education.
