НАУКОВО-МЕТОДИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ РОЗВИТКУ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ФАХІВЦІВ ПОЖЕЖНО-РЯТУВАЛЬНОЇ СЛУЖБИ У СИСТЕМІ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇ

The article analyzes the current approaches to teacher modeling, review and analyzes the current state of the system of professional training Fire and Rescue Service, which points to the need to improve it in order to achieve the modern requirements. The scientific-methodical model of development of professional competence of specialists fire and rescue service in the training, which consists of the following interrelated blocks: organizational trust (covers the target component, regulatory and scientific support); meaningful-activity allocates successive stages (preparatory, primary, result); effective block shows the successful operation of the developed scientific and methodological model and associated with certain criteria (personal, informative, analytical and evaluative), indicators of development of professional knowledge, skills and levels of development of professional competence (beginner, sufficient, high). The ways of realization of scientific and methodological model and indicated the need for further development of a mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the model in the learning process of educational institutions GSCHS Ukraine.
