СОЦІАЛЬНО ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНЕ ТА СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗАГАЛЬНООСВІТНІМ НАВЧАЛЬНИМ ЗАКЛАДОМ

The article outlines organizational-pedagogic postulates of comprehensive schools social-functional management. In particular, they are: enrolment of an educational establishment with students on democratic, humanistic, rational conditions; the realization of the education content in accordance with the State standard of general secondary education on the grounds of humanization and democratization; provision of the teaching and educational process with qualified staff; acquirement of social-pedagogical systems management methodology, gnoseological, attitudinal and behavioral, informational, creative management functions, axiological component of the management culture, strategic management basics and technology. The structural model of strategic management of a comprehensive establishment as a social-pedagogical system has been developed.
