2. Respondent_demographics.xlsx: Summary statistics for N = 299 students who participated in the study. 

3. CFA_and_cross_loadings.xlsx: Provides confirmatory factor analysis results and item cross-loadings.

4. Extra_stats_measurement.xlsx: Contains extra PLS measurement evaluation results: discriminant validity (HTMT and Fornell–Larcker criteria) and collinearity stats (VIF and Kock’s collinearity).

5. SEM_results_path_associations.xlsx: Structural model results: standardized path coefficients, confidence intervals, effect sizes, and mediation analyses for direct effects, cognitive style controls, and transitive effects on cognitive engagement.
