Description
Figure 3 Phylogenetic trees using both maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (BI) methods based on concatenated SSU rDNA and rbcL gene sequences. Nodal support values are presented as ML bootstrap percentages and Bayesian posterior probabilities, respectively. Only bootstrap values exceeding 50% are displayed. Solid circles denote full support in both analyses (ML = 100%, BI = 1.00), whereas asterisks mark topological discrepancies between the ML and BI trees.
