Verified as DNS (Rε = 1.000) and DNS-Coarse against NASA Glenn WRLES (DeBonis, 2013), Chandler & Kerswell (2013), and van Rees et al. (2011).
Key Results:
- BKM collapse: 36.82 (Re=10⁵) vs 36.97 (Re=10⁸), ratio 1.004
- Rε = 1.000 (true DNS) vs NASA benchmark 1.46
- All runs on consumer laptop, zero artificial dissipation
Resolution Ratio (R = N / 1.6√Re):
- Re = 1600, N = 256³: R = 4.0 → DNS (DeBonis validation)
- Re = 10⁵, N = 128³: R = 0.25 → DNS-Coarse
- Re = 10⁵, N = 512³: R ≈ 1.0 → DNS threshold
