Description

We carried out a comprehensive evaluation of functional state of the organism marathon runners. For this purpose we investigated 27 male athletes, aged 18 to 50 years old, highly qualified, who took part in the marathon, which he investigated the functional state before and after the competition loads. It is shown that when the marathon most informative criterion state of sportsmen was NAR index, the level of which testified to the possibility of the exercise. The most important limiting factor was determined by the voltage level of detoxification functions of the body, which is largely testified about the depletion of reserve capacity of the organism.
