Description

This file contains raw RNA-Seq read counts from monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs) and induced pluripotent stem cell-derived macrophages (IPSDMs) before and after 6 hours stimulation after LPS.

The file was created using featureCounts. The first two columns are:

  • gene_id: Ensembl 74 gene id.
  • length: Length of the gene in bp.
