A new estimator of the deceleration parameter from galaxy rotation curves
Description
Invited presentation at the 7th KIAS Workshop on Structure Formation and Cosmology (2016), accompanying https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.162267. Inertia is perturbed when the Rindler horizon drops beyond the cosmological horizon. Implication are confronted with the most recent data on galaxy rotation curves, revealing a sharp transition as acceleration drops below cH.
