clintrials is a library of clinical trial designs and methods in Python.

Matchpoint is a clinical trial that aims to identify the optimal dose of ponatinib to give with conventional chemotherapy to chronic myeloid leukaemia patients in blastic transformation phase. The paper "Implementing the EffTox Dose-Finding Design in the Matchpoint Trial" (submitted; not yet published) describes our experiences implementing the EffTox. Classes and methods used in the research are available in this package snapshot, along with tutorials to implement some of our proposed solutions to the problems we faced.
