APOGEE LSFs for DR12

Description

These files are the APOGEE LSF for it's Data Release 12 (DR12) as (a) an average of a combination of 6 fibers (apogee-lsf-dr12-combo.fits) and (b) an average of all fibers. The LSF is computed at pixel offsets x= numpy.linspace(-7.,7.,43) and at pixel centers subdivided in 3. For use with https://github.com/jobovy/apogee.
