Gaia TGAS with 2MASS, WISE and Tycho2 photometry

This is a very simple match between the DR1/2MASS/ALLWISE and Tycho2. I was after a sample of solid matches with both WISE and 2MASS data. I proper moved DR1 to 2000 and did a 1" match of 2MASS objects finding 2000487 of the original 2057050 TGAS objects. I proper moved these 2000487 to 2010 and then matched to ALLWISE at 1" and found 1967959 matches. As expected all of these were in Tycho2. Most of the lost ones are either bad positions in one of the two catalogs or *some* may be high proper motion objects where the assumption of 2MASS at 2000 or WISE at 2010 will not be good. This is fine for many uses and I am happy for people to be using it but for other uses such as looking for high proper motion objects it won't be any good. Making the procedure more sophisticated to actually adopt the epoch of the 2MASS or WISE observation requires a development that was not justified by my required use. Eventually we could make the official match available or if it is not I can redo the above increasing the radius to say 5" and not requiring complete matching in all 3 catalogs. This will of course probably come at the price of having some mismatches which I hope my first procedure will not have.
