Comparative morpho-anatomical study on basal and cauline leaves of artichoke grown in the Republic of Moldova

Comparative morphological and anatomical study on basal and cauline leaves of artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) from the collection of the Centre for the cultivation of medicinal plants at the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy «Nicolae Testemitanu» revealed distinct quantitative anatomical parameters defined by the spatial orientation of the leaves.
