mirzaakhi/UL-ECE-DDoS-H-IoT-Datasets2025: Initial release of UL-ECE-DDoS-H-IoT2025 datasets (April 2025)

This is the initial release of two benchmark datasets designed for DDoS attack detection in Healthcare IoT (H-IoT) environments:

1. UL-ECE-MQTT-DDoS-H-IoT2025: Simulated using Cooja with MQTT traffic
2. UL-ECE-UDP-DDoS-H-IoT2025: Simulated using ns-3 with UDP traffic

Each dataset includes:

• Raw simulation logs (except for the large UDP file, available upon request)
• Preprocessed CSV files
• Python preprocessing scripts
