Description

A tutorial for OMERO and ARC Interoprability and (meta)data exchange. This describes the relevant metadata to transfer from OMERO to ARC and the other way round. The tutorial shows examples on how to import and export the relevant metadata from OMERO with and without pre-existing and custom scripts to ARC and how to import ISA(Investigation, Study, Assay) metadata or similar metadata from ARC to OMERO. Here is the step by step guide with examples datasets and metadata as an import and export workflow that could also be applied to other imaging datasets as well.
