Dataset for Covalent Functionalization of Si1−xGexH1−y(OH)y 2D Alloys

This dataset contains supporting data for the manuscript titled "Covalent Functionalization of Si1−xGexH1−y(OH)y 2D Alloys". It includes characterization results from FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) of two-dimensional Si–Ge alloys functionalized with various groups (CN, PrOH, Pr, COOMe, CF3Bn, H). All files are in plain .txt format and named according to FAIR principles. See accompanying README for full details.
