Data set and scripts for lithography PFM scans and calculating the time constant of relaxation experiments

Description

  • The .py files were my beginning attempts at developing scripts to correlate all the scans in relaxation experiments and calculating tau (time constant)
  • Hystorian is needed for running these scripts (can be downloaded here: https://pypi.org/project/hystorian/)
  • .zip file is scans from PMN-PT-BZN sample over the course of 8 hours after writing the pattern
  • "VP_data.ipynb" is the script I've been using for working with this data
