Description
Transposable element (TE) annotations in GFF format have been uploaded for 10 crustacean species: Daphnia pulex, Lepeophtheirus salmonis, Hyalella azteca, Penaeus chinensis, Penaeus monodon, Penaeus vannamei, Portunus trituberculatus, Procambarus clarkii, Eriocheir sinensis, and Homarus americanus. Additionally, annotations for three arthropod species are included: Drosophila melanogaster (insect), Aedes aegypti (insect), and Argiope bruennichi (spider).
