DESCRIPTION:

Training data used for training the MemBrain_seg_v10_alpha model.

The data contains training patches from different sources. The patches were originally extracted with dimensions 160^3, and then all rescaled to a common voxel size of 10 Angstrom, resulting in differently sized patches.
