Description
Supplementary data for Mayer et al., 2025 "Giant virus transcription and translation occur at well-defined locations within amoeba host cells". The data consists of three folders: "CLSM_images", "dPCR", and "mRNAspots_eVFs". The "CLSM_images" contains the raw data for the confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) images included in the associated publication. The data is organised in folders with the figure numbers. The "dPCR" folder contains the raw digital PCR data for three independent experiments (dPCR_run1, dPCR_run2, and dPCR_run3). The "mRNAspots_eVFs" folder contains the raw count data for Mimivirus mcp mRNA spots and early viral factories (eVFs).
