The metadata file is constructed as follows:

Date -> Date at which time the measurement where carried on
BPmbar -> Background pressure in mbar
Gas -> Working gas
FrequencyMHz -> generator frequency in MHz
PowerW -> generator power in W
CableLengthm -> Cable length between the generator matchbox and the electrode feedthrough in m
PressurePa -> working pressure in Pa
Distancemm -> Distance between the probe and the electrode in mm
Angle -> Angle of the electrode surface relative to the magnetic field
filename -> data file name

Each measurements data file (e.g. Data.7z/SPMeasurements_1.txt) contains measurements of time-varying potential, magnetic field, and electrode potential for each
