The data shared here were collected as part of the SHEAR project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation under the grant number:  200021E_189448.

The metadata file is constructed as follows:

Pressure_Pa -> The working gas pressure either Argon or Helium. 
RF_Peak_Amplitude_V -> The targetted RF peak amplitude
Measured_RF_Peak_to_Peak_Amplitude_V -> The measured RF peak to peak amplitude
Ratio_Ag/Ap -> The geometrical area ratio set during the measurement
DCShift_V -> the DC shift if any applied on the Langmuir probe measurement
RFEA_or_LP -> Wether the measurement is retarding field Energy analyser (RFEA) or Langmuir probe (LP) measurement.
Data_filename -> The filename of the corresponding measurment datafile.
