Tutorial Dataset for AR-Decon

This tutorial dataset provides all necessary files to learn and practice correcting anisotropic resolution using AR-Decon. The dataset features an influenza hemagglutinin (HA) trimer derived from EMDB entries 8731 and 21954. It includes both raw and preprocessed data:

• Raw maps directly from EMDB.
  • A primary map with anisotropic resolution (EMD-8731) that will be improved through AR-Decon processing, along with its corresponding half-maps and mask.
  • A high-quality reference map (EMD-21954) without anisotropic resolution for parameter optimization.
• Preprocessed maps ready for immediate use of AR-Decon.
  • Half-maps and a mask that have been correctly flipped for consistent handedness.
  • A reference map has been resampled to ensure matching pixel size and box dimensions.

This materials allows users to work through the complete AR-Decon workflow from preprocessing through parameter optimization.
