Description

Raw single-cell data extracted from segmented multiplex immunofluorescense staining images (99 DLBCL patients, 12 protein markers, and spatial data) (updated v2).

Original raw images from multiplex immunofluorescence staining. TMA cores (n=197) with 12 markers and dapi nuclear stain. The images are divided in three separate zip-packages (DLBCL_Images_part1, _part2, and _part3).
