Reproduction Package for "The Influence of Incentives and Continuous Feedback in Combined Modeling and Programming Education" 

This repository contains the reproduction package for the research paper "The Influence of Incentives and Continuous Feedback in Combined Modeling and Programming Education" submitted at ECSEE'25.

Dataset

The dataset consists of two parts:

1. exam_data.csv contains the pseudonymized individual exam results and bonus points.
2. commit_distribution.csv contains the pseudonymized individual commit behavior of students who participated in the bonus point courses in the assessment system

Reproduction

All statistical computations and plot generations were implemented in Julia.
The following packages are required for reproducing the results: CSV, Plots, DataFrames, Statistics, HypothesisTests, StatsBase, StatsAPI, StatsPlots, DataStructures, ColorSchemes

To reproduce the statistical analysis and run the plot generation for figures 1-4 and all tables, run julia stats.jl.

To reproduce the analysis and run the plot generation for figures 5 and 6, run julia generate_artemis_plots.jl.
