Data and scripts - Bacillus drives functional states in synthetic plant root bacterial communities

This Zenodo repository contains the supplementary tables and supplementary data of the manuscript Bacillus: driver of distinct functional states in plant root bacterial synthetic communities. Descriptions of what can be found in each supplemental table and datasheet is either included for each supplementary table or in the first sheet of the file (Supplementary Data)  

To recreate the figures, supplemental figures, and sPLS-DA results of the manuscript, the zip file Bacillus_functional_state_files.zip is required. Downloading and unzipping the file leads to a folder structure containing multiple files. The Rscripts in Rscripts_Bacillus_functional_states.R are connected to the underlying folder structure of this zip file. By inserting the full path to this folder structure at 'working_directory' in line 24 of theRscript, all files are loaded into R and the figures can be recreated.
