Data cascades and substrate channeling

These are data for a journal article entitled "Insights from designing an artificial cascade catalysis system using principles from substrate channeling in enzymes". They include data tables used to prepare figures, and xmf files presenting 3-D concentration vs time outputs from reaction-diffusion simulations. The xmf files can be read using ParaView to generate movies or single time point figures.
