Repository includes files used to run the Connectivity Modeling System (CMS) backtracking script, output files from CMS backtracking, files used to run the CMS script on geotagged nets, output files from CMS script on geotagged nets, and Sea Surface Temperature data from Optimum Interpolation Sea Surface Temperature database for each of the regions of intersest outlined in the model.

 

This dataset contains the files associated with the submission of the manuscript "A predictive framework for identifying source populations of non-native marine macroalgae: A case study of Chondria tumulosa in the Pacific Ocean."

 

CMS_Backtracking_Code.zip contains the files used to run the CMS backtracking module. This includes the polygonal settlement areas (12nm_hex.xyz), the cms.sh and getdata.sh scripts, the CMS input files ibm.list, nest_1.nml, runconf.list, and the release file.

 

traj_file_1 is the raw output from the CMS backtracking run.

 

CMS_Net_Code.zip contains the files used to run the CMS model which tracked geotagged marine debris (nets). This includes the cms.sh and getdata.sh scripts, this includes the CMS input files ibm.list, nest_1.nml, runconf.list, and the release file. The zipped folder also includes an R script used to choose a turbulence value (StatsForTurbValue.R).

 

CMS_Net_Output.zip contains the raw output from the CMS backtracking runs, labeled by the diffusivity value used.

 

OISST.zip contains the .csv files generated by downloading the Optimum Interpolation Sea Surface Temperature monthly mean files from each of the regions of interest highlighted by the CMS backtracking module.
