Description

This repository contains tomography models, input and output files, the full LOTOS program (March 2018, release 2) (Koulakov, 2009, BSSA), and additional scripts written by the authors of this work. We are happy to provide the models as text files, please reach out Liam Moser.

  • MAIN_MOD_EXTENDED_WHOLE_CAT_NO_OR_AFTERSHOCKS_CORR_TOPO – Preferred model
  • MAIN_MOD_EXTENDED_WHOLE_CAT_CORR_TOPO – Model used in Fig. S2a with 2018 Mw7.9 Gulf of Alaska intraplate earthquake aftershocks
  • SYN_VER1_EXTENDED_WHOLE_CAT_NO_OR_AFTERSHOCKS_B2_WEDGE_20per_CT – Synthetic model in Fig. S16
  • VERBRD_1_EXTENDED_WHOLE_CAT_NO_OR_AFTERSHOCKS_0p1s_NOISE_CT – Vertical resolution checkerboard tests shown in Figs. S6, S7
  • LOTOS_04_2018_release_2 – Full LOTOS program
  • matlab_fuctions – functions needed to prepare above models for visualization in MATLAB. The fuction prep_lotos_mod.m is the main routine that calls the other provided functions.
