Description

This dataset contains raw files from a mass spectrometric analysis of the endo-metabolome of the green macroalga Ulva mutabilis (Chlorophyta).

Abbreviations of the sample name and mode for data aquisition of mass sepctrometry (LC-MS):

  • AGMPF: axenic culture treated with algal growth and morphogenesis promoting factors (AGMPFs), full scan
  • Axenic: axenic culture, full scan
  • Blank: measurement of the solvent only, full scan
  • QC: quality control sample, full scan
  • QC_ddMS: quality control samle, full scan, data dependent mass spectra
