This dataset consists of 3 gut tissues slides imaged on the Cell DIVE multiplex imaging platform as part of the following publication: "Cross-tissue, single-cell stromal atlas identifies shared pathological fibroblast phenotypes in four chronic inflammatory diseases" (10.1016/j.medj.2022.05.002).
