INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES OF INTELLECTUAL MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC-MANAGERIAL PRACTICE: FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE

In the article the practice of using the newest information technologies of intellectual management (block, artificial intelligence, Internet of things and the like) in public administration of different countries of the world and in Ukraine is investigated; their importance for the introduction of e-government and the advantages of their use in modern public administrative practices in comparison with the traditional mechanisms of public administration are characterized.
